氣象局發布秋季天氣展望　聖嬰現象影響雨量趨向正常至偏少 Aug 31st 2018, 14:00 生活中心／綜合報導 今（2018）年上半年至端午節前，台灣因周邊大氣環境影響，降雨量偏少，導致多個地區面臨用水壓力。端午節後雖降雨趨於正常，但8月下旬的熱帶性低壓、西南氣流帶來的瞬間強大豪雨影響，雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣陸續出現嚴重的淹水災情。對於今年秋季的天氣早期預測，中央氣象局今（31）日發布秋季天氣展望，聖嬰現象有發展趨勢，今年台灣秋季氣溫以正常至偏暖、雨量以正常至偏少的機會較大。 氣象局...
