9/1起在這抽菸　最高可罰1萬元 Sep 1st 2018, 00:59 (健康醫療網／記者林怡亭報導) 自9月1日起，新北市診所前騎樓全面禁菸！新北市衛生局強調，新北市診所前騎樓禁菸已經由六個月宣導，9月1日起，若有違法吸菸，最高可罰一萬元，請民眾務必遵守，以免遭罰傷了健康又損了荷包。 新北診所超過3千家 新北市衛生局健康管理科科長林惠萍指出，診所可概略分為中醫診所、西醫診所、牙醫診所及各區衛生所。診所之人力、規模及設備雖無法與醫院相比，但新北市診所數量已超過3千家，遍佈大街小巷，數量非常龐大，診所在民眾初級健康照護具有非常重要之功能。<...
