臺東縣故事小精靈競賽 臺坂國小囊括中低年級雙冠 Dec 12th 2018, 08:11 107年臺東縣國小學生暨親子《故事小精靈》競賽，今年共吸引76位同學、18組親子登臺競技，各自展現說故事的技巧和創意，角逐寶座，全縣總決賽成績於出爐，其中臺坂國小古瑀蕎及古禹鎬姐弟囊括中低年級組雙冠，縣長黃健庭也特地前往為優勝者頒獎鼓勵。   頒獎典禮由縣長黃健庭與夫人陳怜燕一同主持，對於小朋友精彩的表現給予肯定。黃縣長表示，「故事小精靈」競賽活動已邁入第17年，鼓勵小朋友養成閱讀習慣，...
