南華大學培養學生職業力 教育部肯定 Dec 11th 2018, 10:11 南華大學落實學用合一，結合產學合作、證照輔導、全面實習等機制，提供學生完善的職涯輔導，且成功促進學生提升就業競爭力，南華大學林聰明校長強調，南華大學規劃四年一貫職涯輔導機制，協助學生進行職業興趣探索與職能診斷；開設近40門免費證照輔導班，協助學生發展衝刺能力；協助學生求職準備及實務實習，簽訂產學合作的機構累積有280家，簽訂實習合作契約機構共有435家，近年畢業生就業率達九成，雇主滿意度達87%，表現皆相當亮眼。
