盧森堡國際廚藝競賽　弘光師生及校友獲5金3銀8銅佳績 Dec 6th 2018, 07:36 記者陳榮昌／台中報導 弘光科技大學餐旅管理系師生及校友上週參加盧森堡2018世界盃國際廚藝競賽，獲得5金3銀8銅佳績，並奪下大會最高分98分。大四學生江東諺首次挑戰義大利麵雕刻，用0.1公分寬天使麵組合雕出生動的「魚躍龍門」作品奪金；另一位大四生張弼以芋頭雕刻羅馬戰士「決戰」拿下第四面國際金牌，為雕出細節近視暴增500度。師生5日在校內分享比賽心得，展出令人嘆為觀止的得獎作品。 帶隊的餐旅系副教授許...
