巴金森症非老人專利 2成40歲前發病 Dec 12th 2018, 10:31 網路調查發現，九成的民眾對巴金森症的症狀和概念是老人家手或腳可能會發抖，或是把巴金森症和失智畫上等號，不過其實這並非只有老年人才會得到的疾病，有將近兩成的患者在青少年時期就發病。（戎華儀報導） 臺大醫院神經部主任吳瑞美指出，年輕型巴金森症患者大多在40歲以前就發病，更有18歲就發病的高中生，年少發病主要原因是基因變異造成多巴胺神細胞功能變差，起初走路怪怪的，腳指僵硬，慢慢才會表現出動作性障礙，病程進展緩慢，一開始容易被誤認是其他...
