臺東縣107年度免費犬貓絕育最終巡迴15日開跑 Dec 11th 2018, 11:10 臺東縣動物防疫所邀請臺灣之心愛護動物協會，於12月15日至24日，在臺東縣7個鄉鎮市辦理犬貓絕育活動，民眾可以透過網路及電話預約，經協會於活動前1至5天電話通知報名成功後，即可攜帶自家犬貓免費參與絕育活動。   臺灣之心愛護動物協會表示，犬貓絕育除了免除動物發情的困擾，也可預防生殖相關疾病的發生，更可避免毛孩走失後不小心意外懷孕，產生更多流浪動物問題。
