總統府公告了！攜帶肉品闖關最高罰100萬 Dec 12th 2018, 12:19 非洲豬瘟疫情擴散，擔心影響國內畜牧產業，今（12）日農委會發布國家級警報提醒民眾，先前質疑農委會先於總統公告前就宣布裁罰標準，但總統府於晚間公告修正動物傳染病防治條例第45條之1，三日後就會生效。 農委會防檢局組長彭明興表示，若是總統府公告後，將於後天開始生效，也就是若旅客夾帶肉類製品闖關，最高將罰100萬元。他也表示，今日公布後，將於明日開始研擬裁罰標準，旅客夾帶的裁罰準則將會明確訂定。 相關新聞 全聯 Hershe...
