第2屆國際廚藝美食藝術大賽　南市丸三海津餐廳舉辦 Oct 11th 2018, 16:06 記者吳順永／台南報導 第2屆國際廚藝美食藝術大賽，由台灣果雕藝術廚藝交流協會主辦，台南市丸三海津餐廳贊助，吸引馬來西亞、緬甸、印尼、台灣、香港、越南及15所大專校院，超過150位師生及各界廚藝高手，10/11中午齊聚丸三海津餐廳競賽。 比賽分為學生組及社會組，總共有7個項目；有餐飲藝術類(食材、烘焙)、菜餚展示組（中式冷拼、中式主菜、西式開胃小品、西式主菜、及現場蔬果雕刻），各式充滿創意佳餚，達到廚藝交流目的...
