高壓氧有助傷口潰爛治療 Jul 19th 2018, 03:55 好醫師新聞網記者吳建良／台北報導 圖：高壓氧治療前（左）、後（右） 53歲的蔡先生沒有三高問題，20年前在海邊被珊瑚礁刮傷雙腳腳踝，回家後自行塗抹消炎藥膏、外傷藥膏，傷口卻無法癒合。多年來四處求醫，仍反覆發炎、潰瘍，流膿有異味，範圍擴大為12乘15公分以及6乘12公分，醫師診斷可能需要截肢，期間曾出現敗血症危及生命。去年底他到台北慈濟醫院就診，經整形外科張孟宗醫師為他清創、植皮，輔以20次高壓氧...
