北市發佈消費警訊 鼎盛觀光涉違反定型化契約 Jul 19th 2018, 03:01 臺北市消保官今天(19號)發佈消費警訊，一家「鼎盛觀光事業有限公司」今年3月及5月分別在臺北及台中參加旅展，這家公司販售的「住宿憑證」涉及違反「個別旅客訂房定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」規定。 民眾投訴，這家業者號稱可以住宿各地民宿，但住宿憑證未載明各民宿地址及聯絡電話，或可選擇的民宿有非法旅宿業，打電話到訂房專線也都無人接聽，讓消費者權益受損。 北市消保官表示，這家「鼎盛觀光事業有限公司」，另外名稱為「快樂莊園民宿」、或「精采生活有限公司」，...
