鬼蝠魟8月中起禁捕 捕獲未釋回通報祭罰 Jul 19th 2018, 05:36 （中央社記者楊淑閔台北19日電）農委會漁業署今天表示，為符合國際保育趨勢，7月17日修正公告的「鬼蝠魟屬漁獲管制措施」，8月15日實施，屆時禁止捕撈鬼蝠魟屬物種，捕獲須放回海中並通報，否則觸法受罰。 漁業署副署長王正芳說明，修正後的管制措施增列規範漁船（筏）出海作業時，禁止捕撈鬼蝠魟屬物種，意外捕獲時，不論存活或是已經死亡，應立即放回海中，而且必須在返港後一天內填妥「意外捕獲鬼蝠魟屬物種通報表」。 通報表上必須載明意外捕獲地點（經緯度座...
