蘋果西打變質　消基會籲業者「退貨、賠3倍款」 Nov 16th 2018, 22:00 記者辜粲詠／台北報導 深受許多民眾喜愛的「蘋果西打」汽水，從今年7月底就陸續被上百位消費者申訴產品變質。業者宣佈，民眾可以憑發票與未開封的商品進行換貨，但消基會痛批業者作法沒誠意，除了應該無條件退貨，依法還要退3倍款項。業者對此並沒有回應，強調退換貨以官網公告為準。 老字號「國民汽水」蘋果西打驚爆產品變質，先前更有人喝了腹瀉、不舒服，目前業者已將產品下架，也呼籲民眾可以到各通路進行換貨，或撥打公司客...
