南英商工張旖珍、羅翊瑄 榮獲2018非米不可創意米食全國賽優選 Nov 9th 2018, 11:10 【大成報記者于郁金/連凱斐/臺南報導】為能讓學生認識在地米糧並將地產地銷觀念深耕於學校教育中，行政院農業委員會農糧署於本(107)年持續針對中等學校學生舉辦「2018非米不可創意米食競賽」，藉由競賽方式激發學生研發創意米食料理，11月9日下午由農糧署胡忠一署長揭曉獲獎隊伍，來自臺南市南英商工羅翊瑄、張旖珍同學，自全國62組參賽隊伍中脫穎而出，獲得全國優選殊榮，其作品「台式大阪燒」以日式大阪燒為概念，將國產米穀粉取代麵粉，搭配馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、...
