自強隧道超跑車禍 北市擬施「區間測速」 Jul 11th 2018, 16:00 日前台北市自強隧道發生超跑飆速，造成2死3傷的不幸事故，為了遏止飆車行徑、降低交通事故風險，交通部從明年起，將增加補助科技執法經費，台北市已表達意願申請實施。 不少人上下班是以機車代步，不過發生交通事故頻率也高。根據警政署統計，去年交通事故肇事車種，以機車15萬5千多件最多，占五成二，其次是自用小客車，有9萬1千多件，占三成。肇事時間以上下班時段，上午6點到10點，及下午4點到8點較多，兩者合計占了一半。 機車族陳小姐說，「...
