聲音沙啞難吞嚥 恐患喉癌、下咽癌 Nov 13th 2018, 16:00 菸、酒成癮，除了對口腔、肺部會造成影響之外，也可能提高罹患喉癌、下咽癌的風險。聲音沙啞、吞嚥有困難，都是喉癌初期可能出現的症狀，但卻容易被忽略，因此延誤治療。 使用「助聲器」說話，今年66歲的劉先生，在6年前發現罹患喉癌，經過治療後切除聲帶，劉先生就重新學習用助聲器說話，現在平日還會到醫院協助其他病友。 無喉病友志工劉守堂表示，「（學習)一個禮拜左右，就越講越好，每個禮拜三我都會來這邊報到（協助其他病友）。」 喉癌和下咽癌，...
