粄條文化節主題「好粄漾」 用創意做粄條料理 Oct 11th 2018, 16:00 粄條要怎麼做才好吃，2018屏東粄條文化節將於10月13、14日在屏東公園登場，屏東縣政府今年以「好粄漾」為主題，邀請名廚輔導在地20家業者，設計出法式千層粄條、泰式涼拌粄條、韓式粄條大福燒等粄條料理，每道料理都讓人垂涎。 用滾水將粄條燙過，和燙過的韭菜以及豆芽菜，一起裝在碗公裡，最後淋上肉燥和高湯，好吃的粄條就做好了！ 一起來吃，來！ 屏東縣政府從2015年開始，特別將客家人的「面帕粄」，河洛人的「粿仔」，與新住民的「河粉」結合，舉辦粄條文化節，...
