行政院通過雙語國家政策　未來小一可能上英語課 Dec 6th 2018, 09:54 教育部次長范巽綠。（圖 / 記者陳弘志攝，2018.12.6） 行政院今(6)日通過2030年雙語國家政策，為了加強國人的英語溝通能力，行政院長賴清德責成教育部，在3個月內完成《國民教育法》、《高級中等教育法》和《私立學校法》，作為縣市政府設置雙語學校的法源依據，未來台灣的英語教學可望逐步從目前的小學三年級，繼續往下延伸到小一或幼兒園階段。
