停經婦女一笑就漏尿　必須天天用護墊好困擾 Dec 6th 2018, 10:00 ▲急性漏尿只要找出感染原因，規律用藥就可以獲得治療，但症狀較嚴重的長期性患者需考慮手術治療。（圖／ingimage） 53歲陳姓婦人早已停經，卻還是天天使用護墊，原來是因為她有漏尿困擾，尤其是咳嗽、打噴嚏、跑步時情況更為嚴重，導致身上常散發異味，相當尷尬，最近陰部感染病菌引發搔癢紅腫，就診發現，是由於長時間使用護墊的關係，造成陰部反覆感染。
