新北抽驗冬至應景食材　湯圓檢出防腐劑超標 Dec 12th 2018, 06:47 記者黃村杉／新北報導 新北市衛生局抽驗冬至湯圓、火鍋料、生鮮蔬菜及肉品等58件應景食材，其中有1件湯圓檢出防腐劑「已二烯酸 2.96 g/kg（標準：1 g/kg）」超標，已依違反食安法第18條裁處新臺幣3萬元罰鍰。 另有鑑於多數傳統市場攤商對食安法不甚熟悉，因此，衛生局與經發局市場處合作，輔導新北市20座傳統公有市場業者食品安全衛生知能，12日並頒發新北食安優等市場獎狀表揚汐止區林森攤集區、汐止區...
