總統開口關切機車加裝ABS議題　交部：暫緩2021年全面施行 Dec 11th 2018, 09:07 生活中心／綜合報導 為了民眾騎乘機車的安全，原先交通部預告自2019年元旦起，各車廠推出的全新車型機車，需標配防鎖死煞車系統（ABS）或是前後連動煞車系統（CBS），到了2021年，不論新舊款，只要是新出廠的機車，一律都要裝ABS或CBS。不過因近年國產機車新車價格持續漲價，且有ABS系統的機車又比現有車型再貴一截（以市場暢銷125c.c.機車YAMAHA勁戰5代為例，雙碟版定價新台幣8.28萬元，ABS版定價9.25萬元...
