二行程機車攔檢不合格率43%　南市：裁處前報廢免罰 Dec 14th 2018, 08:01 記者莊漢昌／台南報導 為加強管制二行程機車，台南市環保局於路口進行不定期攔檢；今年10月迄今攔檢近698輛，其中298輛超標，不合格率約4成3。環保局提醒車主注意車輛排氣狀態，若經攔檢不合格依法將處1500到6000元不等罰鍰。 環保局指出，二行程機車排放碳氫化合物濃度為四行程機車的18倍，污染嚴重，二行程機車因車齡老舊，多數供油系統還是化油器，進入汽缸的新鮮油氣容易經由排氣道竄出，形成揮發性有機碳...
