教師資格考試明年辦2次 開放僑外生報考 Dec 14th 2018, 05:11 （中央社記者陳至中台北14日電）師資培育制度今年8月起，改為「先考試後實習」，考量新舊制度銜接，108年度教師資格考試特別增辦1次，並首度開放僑生、港澳生及外國學生報考。 教育部今天公布108年度高級中等以下學校及幼兒園教師資格考試簡章，完成師資職前教育課程並取得證明書，也就是在大學修完師培學分的民眾才可以報考。兩次考試時間分別為108年3月9日及6月1日。 過去是先實習再考試（教檢），由於教檢通過率僅約6成，很多學生實習完才發現沒興趣...
