防檢局：14日起違規帶肉品入境 最高罰100萬元 Dec 12th 2018, 12:45 （中央社記者楊淑閔台北12日電）農委會防檢局今天證實，稍早總統府已經公修正動物傳染病防治條例第45條之1條文，14日生效，屆時旅客違規帶肉品入境，將處新台幣1萬元以上、100萬元以下罰鍰。 行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局指出，14日生效的條文內容為「旅客或服務於車、船、航空器人員未依第三十四條第二項規定申請檢疫者，處新台幣一萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰。」 防檢局提醒民眾，也就是說，14日起違規帶肉品入境的罰鍰金額，比原本的3000元以上...
