台東食材友善認證 13間餐廳獲得標章 Dec 8th 2018, 16:00 【陳君明 台東】 據統計，台東有機驗證生產面積約640公頃，名列全台前5名，為了鼓勵友善食材在地消費，台東縣政府連續3年，舉辦食材友善餐廳認證，在地食材使用6成以上就能獲得標章，今年就有包括客家餐廳等，共13家獲得認證。 有機食材展售會上，民眾詳細詢問農民，生產的條件及環境，畢竟食安問題越來越重要。 民眾 黃小姐：「就會想要知道它的產品，來歷是什麼東西，如果知道其實也會，食用的比較安心！」 為了鼓勵台東店家，多採用在地有機安全蔬果，...
