CAS標章推動滿30周年　三級品管把關食安 Nov 16th 2018, 23:20 記者邱世明／台北報導 從民國78年開始推動的優良農產品標章CAS，至今已經滿30周年，不僅成為優質產品的保證，通過認證的項目更有16大類、6千多項產品。檢驗過程除了有驗證單位負責執行和農委會的監督外，也要求生產業者必須做好自主管理，透過三級品管，確實為食安做好把關。 學校營養午餐推動「四章一Q」，嚴格把關食材來源，要確保學生吃的健康，其中最常聽到的檢驗標章CAS，就是台灣優良農產品的保證。從民國78...
