環球科大獲優質廚藝教育機構認證 Nov 9th 2018, 05:41 （中央社記者陳至中台北9日電）環球科技大學今天獲得「優質廚藝教育機構認證」，由世界廚師協會代表來台頒證，餐飲廚藝系學生畢業時，可獲得世廚第三級證書，為海外求職加分。 目前台灣獲得「優質廚藝教育機構認證」包括開平餐飲學校，環球科大則是第一所獲認證的大專。世界廚師協會亞洲區教育總監穆勒（Andreas Muller）今天專程來台，在教育部正式頒發證書。 環球科大校長陳益興認為，上述認證不只是學校的光榮，也象徵台灣技職教育耕耘的成果。未來人才...
