狹路單雙月單邊停車 民眾臨停頻遭舉發 Nov 8th 2018, 16:00 花蓮東華大學後門有一條中正路，因路小條，被縣府規劃為單雙月、單邊停車，在地民眾常因臨停，被舉發，光是10月份就多達600多件。 東華大學後門因通往志學火車站，所以這條中正路一直是學生出入最頻繁的地方，但這裡路幅不寬，因此縣府六年前將此規劃成單雙月單邊停車，借此紓解塞車，執行至今學生很滿意，但在地商家卻苦不堪言。 東華大學學生說：「因為如果兩邊都停滿的話，反而就會很阻礙交通。」 當地居民...
