【胡文琦專欄】蔡總統無可救藥的幹話？ Nov 14th 2018, 05:30 胡文琦 / 前中國國民黨文傳會副主委、文史工作者 說實話，真的不是刻意要製造「假新聞、假消息」攻訐蔡英文總統，只不過，如果將昨天發生的兩個新聞同時兜在一起檢驗時，頓時間，就會發現我們的蔡總統又在「說幹話」了。媒體報導，針對張忠謀即將代表蔡總統出席APEC會議，蔡英文特別強調，這就是為什麼只有兩人開會，就是希望把張忠謀帶到一個總統的情境，「他堅持要進入一個『領袖代表』的情境，我堅持他要進入一個『領袖的情境』」云云。
