租淡水農地偷埋垃圾 環保業者遭法辦 Nov 15th 2018, 16:00 新北市淡水一間環保公司，被檢舉租地偷埋垃圾，環保局稽查屬實，依違反廢清法，將業者移送法辦。附近民眾常聞到刺鼻味飄出，質疑廢棄物的有害物質，已滲透到地下水，危害民眾飲水安全。 廢棄床墊、木板推置在草地上，還有幾十個藍色廚餘桶，排列在牆邊，空氣不時傳來陣陣惡臭，新北市淡水區「環淨」環保公司，在聖約翰科大附近租了800坪的地，作為場區基地，但業者被檢舉，還在農地偷埋垃圾。 新北市環保局發言人 孫忠偉...
