勞動部2「計畫」　讓企業、員工雙贏 Nov 8th 2018, 23:20 記者吳順永／台南報導 勞動部推出「企業人力資源提升計畫」與「充電起飛計畫」，補助企業辦理教育訓練，最高有350萬元的經費補助，今年雲嘉南轄區有近200家企業申請，開辦超過3,800門課程，不只減輕企業辦訓負擔，也提升在職勞工技能，頗獲好評，有廠商就直說讓企業與員工雙贏。 勞動部雲嘉南分署署11/8為兩支計畫舉辦成果展，吸引超過150家廠商代表參與，現場邀請今年申請計畫的億曜企業與華宏新技兩家公司分享...
