本報特約--產業追蹤/涼茶紛爭未了:被判賠王老吉14.4億 加多寶仍將上訴 Nov 8th 2018, 21:59 　 "涼茶雙雄"纏鬥仍未落幕。 　　 7月27日晚間，白雲山發佈公告稱，公司控股股東廣藥集團於近日收到廣東高院關於"王老吉"商標法律糾紛案件的一審《民事判決書》。根據判決結果，加多寶集團相關6家公司自判決發生法律效力起十日內，需賠償廣藥集團相關經濟損失及合理維權費用共計14.41億元。 　　對此，加多寶發佈公告表示，"加多寶不服該一審判決，並立即向最高人民法院提起上訴，該一審判決不會生效"。 　　該案件源於2014年，當年5月，廣藥集團向廣東高院提起民事...
