維護食安　北市食品添加物、中藥材抽檢出爐 Oct 12th 2018, 09:04 記者辜粲詠／台北報導 為了改善食品保存、讓消費市場更便利，食品添加物是加工食品存在的必要條件。台北市衛生局針對「食品添加物使用範圍」進行抽查，其中重金屬檢驗結果都符合規定，但有1件標示不合格商品；另外19件中藥材抽檢，則是有3件不合規定。 保障民眾食安，台北市衛生局近來抽檢包括膨脹劑、調味劑、防腐劑等食品添加物，在20件受檢商品中，有1件來自北投地區的小蘇打粉，標示不合規定。 由於小蘇...
