勞工超時課雇主刑責 許銘春：目前不宜 Oct 19th 2018, 07:36 勞動部長許銘春專訪（2）（中央社記者吳欣紜台北19日電）客運駕駛過勞致死傷事件不時發生，有立委提案應對勞工超時過勞的雇主課以刑責。勞動部長許銘春在中央社專訪時表示，尊重立委提案，但仍應多聽大眾意見，目前不宜這樣做。 日前有立委提案，希望增訂勞動基準法第77條之一規定，若雇主於1年內連續違反勞工工作時間規定達3次以上並經主管機關裁處確定者，則處以6個月以上，5年以下有期徒刑。許銘春在接受中央社專訪時明確表示，現階段仍應以行政罰處分較為妥適。 ...
