豪雨受災農戶低貸首年免息 逾百件受惠 Oct 17th 2018, 09:35 （中央社記者楊淑閔台北17日電）農金局今天公布，今年8月23日起豪雨農損重建申請低利貸款，第一年可免利息，迄今累計逾百件受惠；若105年寒害受災戶又逢豪雨受害，原本低利貸款期限及本金寬緩期也延一年。 農委會農金局副局長李聰勇說，今（107）年0823熱帶低壓水災造成部分地區嚴重農業損失，為幫助受災農漁民復耕，提供新貸農業天然災害低利貸款（年息1.04%），第一年利息可免予計收，由政府補貼。 農金局統計，迄今申請前述低利貸款的件數已逾百件...
