耗資21億元！新北美術館發包年底前動土　拚4年後完工 Oct 17th 2018, 10:00 記者黃村杉／新北報導 新北市政府文化局宣布，位於三鶯新生地的美術館，歷經五年多的規劃與招標，建築工程17日終於發包，由久年營造與泰創工程組成的團隊負責興建，年底前動土後預計四年開館營運。成立後將從視覺藝術出發，致力於藝術普及推廣，打造為北臺灣的藝術重鎮，並加強推廣李梅樹、楊三郎、李石樵、林克恭、陳植棋等市籍美術家作品。 文化局表示，市立美術館臨近鶯歌陶瓷博物館，基地大小2.5公頃，室內面積約9800坪左右，區...
