113博士班招生掛零 教育部：3年沒招生須停招 Oct 18th 2018, 23:01 教育部日前核定一百零八學年度大學碩博士班招生名額，博士班四千兩百五十名，其中有一百一十三個博士班招生人數只有一人或是零人，其中不乏清大、交大等頂尖大學的系所。教育部高等教育司表示，為控管碩博士班名額，教育部允許學校改為隔年或隔兩年招生，名額因此掛零。（戎華儀報導） 教育部高等教育司司長朱俊彰表示，在少子化的情況下，教育部考量學校經營博士班不容易，給予大學彈性措施，只要招生能量或對學校研究沒有影響，可允許博士班改採隔年或隔2年招生的措施，至多3年沒有招生才會要求學校停招，...
