鹿草埤頭堀涸魚文化季　從在地生活出發尋找文化/嘉義縣副縣長吳芳銘 Sep 22nd 2018, 13:51 　鹿草埤頭堀涸魚文化季今年已經邁入第11年了，非常不容易。現場可能有第一次來參加的朋友，藉著這個機會，也跟大家介紹一下埤頭堀涸魚文化季的由來。「埤頭」其實是鹿東村的舊地名，指的就是水源頭，埤頭堀是一座天然埤頭，水源充沛，可供民生及農耕灌溉等用水，因此沿著埤邊越來越多人居住，逐漸形成村落。而每年「涸魚」是居民最期待的日子，每戶人家都可分配到魚、蝦、螺、蚌等...
