外籍看護工家庭喘息放寬一年可補助21天 Sep 20th 2018, 11:31 外籍看護工家庭申請喘息服務門檻將放寬，衛福部打算有條件開放重度失能者的外籍看護工家庭申請喘息，一年最多補助21天，目前大約2.8萬戶適用，最快11月上路。 衛福部目前規劃的外籍看護工家庭喘息新制先開放給符合重度失能（第七、第八級）且家庭照顧支持功能薄弱者，如獨居、主要照顧者為75歲以上長者，可不受外勞連續30天不服務的限制，優先申請喘息服務。 根據方案規劃，外籍看護工家庭喘息服務低收入戶全部免費，中低收入戶自付5%，一般戶自付16%，一年最多補助...
