台中敬老愛心卡服務升級　可抵掛號費、折計程車費 Jul 16th 2018, 07:45 記者李梅金／台中報導 台中市「敬老愛心卡」擴大使用範圍，服務再提升。16日起持卡人在全市衛生所看診，即可折抵部分負擔及掛號費用；9月後則可折抵與市府合作的計程車乘車費，將讓長輩及身心障礙者享有更周全便利的服務。 社會局長呂建德、衛生局代局長陳南松，16日在西區衛生所共同主持「台中市敬老愛心卡首頗功能擴充衛生所上路」記者會，市議員邱素貞、陳淑華，以及西區區長陳麗珠、中區區長黃至民等人都到場關心。
